Judicial Review & Tenancy training

On 22 November 2011, the Homeless Persons' Legal Clinic (HPLC) and Victorian Bar Pro Bono Scheme (VBPBS) ran a free training session on Judicial Review in tenancy law. Presented by Chris Povey, HPLC Manager, Emrys Nekvapil and Kylie Evans of the Victorian Bar, the session covered tenancy appeals following the recent decision in Director of Housing v Sudi.
