PilchConnect's legal seminar series kicks off in 2011 with a 'back to basics' introduction to legal issues for not-for-profit community groups in Victoria. This seminar is designed to help you navigate the maze of legal and regulatory requirements for not-for-profit organisations - especially useful if you are just getting started!

• incorporating your organisation - the process, the consequences, pros and cons
• duties of board / committee of management members
