This interactive seminar will address how to plan for and run an AGM, covering the requirements for both companies limited by guarantee and incorporated associations. Come along and feel prepared when your next AGM rolls around!

Alice Macdougall, Anna Lyons and Sarah Shnider, Lawyers (Freehills)
Alice and Anna specialise in Charity Law, advising on structuring and income tax exemption, tax deductibility, FBT and GST for charities. The Charity Law section also assists with fundraising requirements, sponsorship and corporate sustainability, business activities and board and directors advice specific to not for profits.
Sarah specialises in Corporate Governance, advising on meeting procedures and requirements, amending and replacing constitutions and board committee charters.
