When something goes wrong: your organisation’s responsibility for injuries to, and acts of, volunteers and employees

Volunteers and employees are an integral part of most community organisations, but do you know what the legal position is if they are injured, or if something they do causes harm to someone else?  This seminar will outline your organisation's responsibilities and obligations in this area.  What might your organisation be liable for and what can it do about it?  The role of Workcover and insurance will also be considered.

This seminar will be presented by:

Lucy Terracall (Clayton Utz)
