Legal information resources
One of PilchConnect's main services is to provide Victorian, not-for-profit community organisations with a range of legal information resources via its website.
The resources include fact sheets, frequently asked questions, checklists, manuals and links to relevant websites. They are designed to help people working in community organisations in Victoria to understand common legal issues that affect the not-for-profit sector. Also, the information relating to companies limited by guarantee has national application.
The resources on the website are produced by Pilchconnect, with the pro bono assistance of PILCH members and in collaboration with the Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies (CPNS). PilchConnect would not be able to assist not-for-profit community organisations without the pro bono(free) assistance we receive from PILCH members and our supporters.
