PIMS Guides
PIMS is the PILCH Information Management System. It is the case management system used by all of PILCH's legal services, including the Homeless Persons' and Seniors Rights Legal Clinics.
Clinic Lawyers can access PIMS from any location using a web browser. The address for PIMS is: https://pims.pilch.org.au/.
New Clinic lawyers should complete the online training before they use PIMS.
