Presenters
Leanne Sinclair was admitted to practice in 2005 and worked in a private family law practice for 3 years prior to joining Women’s Legal Service Victoria where she is now principal lawyer. Leanne is currently Vice Chair of the Women’s Domestic Violence Crisis Service.
Allyson Foster has ten years experience delivering tar-geted and engaging legal education training and professional development to the justice, legal and com-munity sectors.
Denis Nelthorpe is the manager of Footscray Community Legal Centre and a special projects lawyer at the West Heidelberg Community Legal Service. He is currently a member of the Board of the Financial Ombudsman Ser-vice and the independent consumer representative on the Code Compliance Committee under the General In-surance Code of Practice. In 2010, Denis won the prestigious Tim McCoy Award for his outstanding contri-bution to community law, particularly through his Bulk Debt Negotiation Project.
David Cherry is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist who has worked as a counsellor and trainer since 1981. He taught in the Masters Program in Clinical Psychology at Melbourne University for 4 years and in the Masters Pro-gram in Counselling Psychology at Swinburne University for 10 years. David is a Member of the Colleges of Clini-cal, Forensic and Counselling Psychologists.
NB Lunch will be provided at each session. There is no cost to attend this event, however if you register and are subsequently no longer able to attend, please let us know.
