Position Details
Position Title: PLT Student Placement - this is an unpaid position
Minimun Placement: 50 days
Hours: 9.00 - 5.30 (three or more days per week)

Key Responsibilities
Primary:
- Undertake and support legal inquiries, casework and referrals.
Secondary:
- Undertake legal research and analysis and provide input into law reform and advocacy activities.

- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a confident and respectful manner
Knowledge, Skills and Attrributes:
- Excellent legal research skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of the issues that affect vulnerable, marginalised and disadvantaged clients
- Initiative, focus and good judgement
- A sense of fun
