When organizing a kitchen, I look at the original layout and see how I can improve the overall flow. With this project we: - Purged expired items. - Reduced multiple containers of similar products. - Grouped like items in bins and containers.... - Switched the overall cabinet and drawer layout. - Placed small appliances in the Lazy Susan for easy storage and access. - Created more prep space by removing underused items. Now this family has a kitchen flow that works well for them and their lifestyle!

The garage can be a challenging space to declutter and organize. People often ask, how and where do I start? Well, there is no magic answer, but it’s best to: ...- Decide how you will use the space and create a floor plan. - Come up with a plan of attack. - Purchase bins and other organizational items in advance. Remember, you can always return what you don’t use. - Start in one section and completely declutter that section before moving on to the next. - Be realistic about what you truly need to keep, purge, or donate. - Try to complete your project close to your trash/recycle pick up day. - Pack lots of patience. In just a few hours, we were able to transform our clients garage! Now, like items are grouped together and organized, they can comfortably workout, and finally park a car in the garage. Recently, we designed and organized our FIRST COMMERCIAL SPACE!! We had the the pleasure of working with Dana (@yesyogahascurves) and the Spiritual Essence Yoga team in Upper Marlboro, MD again. This time we were tasked with a full space transformation from construction to completion. We served as lead Project Manager and worked with the contractors and @se_yoga team to: Determine the best layout and flow for the studio Decide what to keep, donate and toss from the previous... location Design custom features to maintain consistency throughout the space. Custom work was crafted beautifully by @salpirrone and @rachellaurenpearl. They were amazing to work with! Coordinate the move to the new studio. Dana loves her new studio and we couldn’t be happier with the finished design. This space has now been turned around by U Turn Spaces

Most grew up with a junk drawer in the kitchen and most of us still have one. How about purging and organizing that drawer. With this one we: - Gathered all the batteries throughout the home, put them in a labeled clear bin, and put that bin in a hall closet. - Found all the manuals for anything in the home, put them in a labeled clear bin, and put that bin on a shelf in the garage. - Put those fast food packets in a clear mason jar in the cabinet which now limits how many ...they can keep. - Found new homes for things the homeowner didn’t need in the kitchen. - Separated and put remaining like items together in small baskets within the drawer. Now, the homeowners can find a pen, sticky note, or whatever they’re looking for quickly in the all-purpose drawer

Our homeowner wanted/needed a home office that was not only beautiful, but organized and functional as well. - We purged and cleared out the clutter. - Redesigned the layout of the space. - Purchased bookshelves, curtains, and other beautiful decor items.... - Placed photos and awards throughout the space for a more personalized feel. - Had a privacy blind installed on the entry door. - Had an additional outlet installed on the floor next to the new desk location. Now, she loves her space and has a warm atmosphere for her to work and be very productive.
