In June - August 2004, the PILCH Homeless Persons' Legal Clinic, the Consumer Law Centre and the Consumer Credit Legal Service ran a series of 9 training workshops in rural, regional and metropolitan Victoria on 'Advocating for Financially and Socially Disadvantaged People in Relation to Credit and Debt'.
The funding for the program was approved by the Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria and applied from the Consumer Credit Fund.
