These videos can be purchased individually or as a bundle for a reduced rate. It’s never too late to start!

Come on back, we’re open to ALL AGES for low intensity classes starting Sunday! Our classes have been modified to keep within the BC health regulations, in doing so we are able to lift the age restriction on most classes! (Advanced classes, excluding ballet, will stay 21 & under for now) Sunday registration is open now! See you in class
