Our fifth MOVE Local Series workout class is going live this Sunday at 10 am on YouTube! This workout will feature a class taught by The Bar Method Wexford that will make your muscles shake! The studio’s signature class uses your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. #MOVEPittsburgh
