Little action from today

Beautiful day off the beach with this father and son team from Concord NC. Rand and Matt had an excellent catch of yellowfin and blackfin tuna. Started out around the 750 line and worked the 100 fathom curve up to the 776 were we found some great marks and it was game on for an hour or so. We miss a few more bites but it was great fishing. Worked inside looking for a wahoo later in the afternoon but couldn’t find one. Dakota and crew for round 2. Started trolling right out the gate catching Albacore just a few miles from the inlet. Went down to AR160 drifted for an hour or so looking for a shark but couldn’t get one to come up. Today we have Daryn,Tori,John,Cooper,Penny and Dakota from Pennsylvania for a 3/4 day shark trip. A little swelly on the drift for the sharks, so we switched to trolling and found a good Albacore bite a couple miles off the beach.
