Director of Referral Services

PILCH has been playing a key role at the forefront of access to justice for over 15 years. As an independent, not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to improve access to justice, protect human rights and address disadvantage and marginalisation in the community, PILCH provides free legal assistance by leveraging pro bono services and drives strategic law reform.

Reporting to the PILCH Executive Director, the Director of Referral Services will play a key role in the management team, contributing to the strategic agenda to ensure that PILCH continues to evolve and anticipate needs at an individual and legislative level. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders will be a primary focus of the position.

The role demands an experienced legal practitioner with a proven track record in high level stakeholder management and motivating staff. A working knowledge of the access to justice landscape in Victoria is highly desirable.
