The Public Interest Law Clearing House (PILCH) was a not-for-profit legal advice referral service, operated from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

PILCH was involved in helping to provide lawyers and legal services for not-for-profit organizations and individuals. By doing so, they helped to improve access to justice in Victoria by facilitating pro bono legal services to those otherwise unable to obtain it.

This fine tradition continues with Justice Connect an organisation that arose from the merger of PILCH NSW and PILCH VICTORIA.
